All services are provided under a written agreement, invoice, or proposal accepted by the Client. Cornerstone Agency does not operate a software platform, CRM, messaging system, or user account system.

3. No Guarantee of Results. Cornerstone Agency does not guarantee traffic, leads, calls, rankings, revenue, or business growth. Websites may improve conversion and credibility, but results depend on factors outside our control, including advertising, competition, pricing, location, and follow-up. Any timelines, examples, or estimates are not promises of performance.

4. Payments and Fees. All prices, payment terms, and billing schedules are defined in the accepted proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable, monthly fees are billed in advance, and failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Cornerstone Agency is not responsible for third-party fees related to hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment processors.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them. Cornerstone Agency retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, frameworks, methods, and any pre-existing code or assets. Cornerstone Agency may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities. The Client agrees to provide accurate information and materials, respond in a timely manner, ensure all provided content is owned or properly licensed, and comply with applicable laws. Cornerstone Agency is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or third-party issues.

7. Third-Party Services. The Website may link to or integrate with third-party tools such as scheduling software or hosting providers. Cornerstone Agency is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, data handling, performance, or failures. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer. The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
